Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Inital contact to advise us of the return must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unwanted Engraved items cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. (unless otherwise instructed – Compliance with Manufacturers Guarantee )

International returns

When returning item from outside the UK, it is important that you state ‘returned goods’ on all customs documents. We will not pay import duties/tax for returned goods should these be imposed. International orders incorrectly returned and incurring duty will be returned to sender in all cases.

Refunds (if/when applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an message notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the decision regarding your refund If approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will credit you automatically by a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank. Then contact immediately, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and arrange for the return of the item. Most of the items listed in store are guaranteed by a manufacturers warranty.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Return Address on your Receipt. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we will cover the cost of return shipping to you. Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Dispatch of Purchases.
We aim to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3-5 working days, (including engraved gifts but excluding corporate sells).  For urgent  orders we recommend that you contact us before purchasing Please notify us of your required by/function date by email,including your purchase details and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the dispatch date/make special arrangements.


UK Standard Delivery (excluding Channel Islands) Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Signed service or other courier for heavier packages – a signature will be required on delivery.

Goods usually received within 2-4 days of dispatch, not guaranteed. Shipping charges/times shown at checkout.

Europe and Worldwide delivery options are either by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (Fully tracked with signature on delivery)  or International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed service (tracked in the UK only with signature on delivery), depending upon delivery country. Import duties and taxes, and duty collection fees, vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

On rare occasions, there may be a delay in dispatching your goods beyond the confirmed dispatch date. We will, wherever possible, keep you informed should this happen.  All delivery times are given as a guide as the actual time taken for delivery is outside of our control. We do not accept liability for delivery delays caused by failure by suppliers, postal services & carriers, customs duty collection & import regulations, industrial action, inclement weather, snow, flooding, earthquake or any other reason beyond our control.
